PLACING AN ORDER
You can place an order by email, phone or via our website for certain products. We would advise that you make contact with us prior to making any booking to check the stock is available and also to ensure that we have space in our diary on your preferred collection/local delivery date.

We reply to messages during shop opening hours, Tuesday to Friday 10am - 4pm
(Please be aware that towards the end of the week it is very busy preparing orders for weekend collections so if you are waiting for a response and need to talk with us, please call us on 01543 401186).

LAST MINUTE ORDERS
If you need balloons within the next couple of days, please call us directly on 01543 401186. We will always try to accommodate your request if we have space in the diary and stock availability.

How do I place an order for balloons?You can place an order by email, phone or via our website for certain products. We would advise that you make contact with us prior to making any booking to check the stock is available and also to ensure that we have space in our diary on your preferred collection/local delivery date. The quickest way to get in touch is via our customer contact form. Please give as much information as possible as this will help us to respond to you faster. You can email us directly on info@thehandcraftedparty.com. Again, please provide as much information as possible to help us deal with your enquiry. We need to know the following information: 1. The date you wish for your balloons to be collected, installed or delivered. 2. What is the occasion? 3. The kind of balloon displays you would like to order. 4. The colour scheme or theme of your event or party. 5. The age and gender of the recipient 6. If installation or delivery required, then an address of the party or event venue. Alternatively, give us a call on 01543 401186 and we can chat through your requirements. We can not take payment over the phone unfortunately but can send a payment link via email after our conversation.

Can I order balloons online?Certain balloon displays can be ordered via our online service. Please see the balloons section on the website for more details. These balloons are only available for local collection or local delivery only, from our shop in Lichfield, and are subject to availability. If we are unable to complete your request due to stock availability, we will contact you straight away to let you know, offer an alternative or refund your order.

Can I order balloons to be delivered within the UK?Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a postal service for our balloon designs. They are only available for local collection or local delivery (subject to delivery charges). Our party supplies can be posted UK wide and are available to order in the Online Shop.

How much notice do you need to order balloons?As much as you can possibly give but ideally one weeks notice would be great. We get booked up in advance quite quickly so its advisable to get your balloons booked in as soon as you can in order to secure your required collection date. We always try our best to accommodate last minute orders, but it is recommended to call in to the shop or phone us to check our diary availability first. If we are fully booked, we can sometimes manage to create simple helium filled balloons, depending on what you would like and depending on our staff levels.
