PLACING AN ORDER

You can place an order by email, phone or via our website for certain products.  We would advise that you make contact with us prior to making any booking to check the stock is available and also to ensure that we have space in our diary on your preferred collection/local delivery date.

• Allow up to 2 working days for a response.  

• We reply to messages during shop opening hours, Tuesday to Friday 10am - 4pm 

(Please be aware that towards the end of the week it is very busy preparing orders for weekend collections so if you are waiting for a response and need to talk with us, please call us on 01543 401186).

• We are open on a Saturday but cannot guarantee that we can reply to messages as we are busy with collections and installations.

LAST MINUTE ORDERS

If you need balloons within the next couple of days, please call us directly on 01543 401186. We will always try to accommodate your request if we have space in the diary and stock availability.
